  I have lived at green Medows for almost a year now and within a couple of months I realized I didn't like the place. One of the guys that works on stuff is a real dick, even when he's just driving around and I'm outside he will stop to stick his nose in where it don't belong! Almost every single morning at 8am there is chainsaws or lawnmowers going. I understand the place needs taken care of but 4-5 days out of the week? I'm pregnant and work really late,I'd like to sleep every now and then. If you have small kids that want to play at the park then plan on them only getting to play on 2 swings, there is always Jr high and highschool kids just sitting all over the jungle gym and won't let the younger kids on it and nothing is done. My friend recently moved out and about a month later received a 3,000 dollar cleaning bill for stupid pittaly things like the fans needed cleaned, the carpet needed replaced (even tho the owners are responsible for replacing it every 5 years anyway and it is not the responsibility of a tenet to replace carpet and I spent a lot of time at my friends place and the carpet was not that bad, every time there was a spill she would get the shampooer out instantly and clean it) the walls needed painting (once again, owners responsibility) the windows needed cleaned....just stupid little stuff, anything they could find to slap a charge on, so if you move out better hire a cleaning service to clean the place from top to bottom or spend a lot of time yourself cleaning to make the place brand new, maybe lay some plastic over all the carpet while you live there! I learned that the bills are not just what gas and electric you have used but the entire building where your apartment is. There are 3-6 apartments in each building, the entire building is on one meter, so the bills are split up equally between everyone that is in that building, so if you keep your heat/air off and freeze or sweat to try to save money and your neighbors are cranking their heat/air, to bad, your getting slapped with a giant bill as well! I could go on and on with all the negative stuff about this place but you would be reading for quite a while. One good thing I can say is the ladies in the office are wonderful tho!
